Our Team

Our EMPOWER-EU Committee Team is committed to promote better representation in the European Affairs sector. They raise awareness by sharing insights and leading key activities and partnerships with Brussels-based advocacy organisations, from EU institutions and agencies, private companies, trade associations, think tanks, NGOs and civil society.

Our Mission

We aim to provide:

1. A safe forum for members to connect, challenge, and receive support and advice in relation to diversity and inclusion in
the EU Affairs job market.

2. The necessary resources to thrive in the European institutions and interest organisations (national and local representations, trade associations, corporations, think tanks, NGOs, consultancies, media organisations).

3. Concrete actions to enhance the experience of our members by promoting cultural change, accountability and diversity within the sector.
