As the new European legislature began its mandate, we needed to talk about the real diversity gap in the Brussels bubble, from leadership to the wider workforce shaping the politics and policies of Europe. Hosted by the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association, we led a policy debate to tackle the hard questions, hearing from speakers who have been active on the ground.
